Adecco is currently hiring a full-time organized and compassionate Customer Service Representative responsible for Care Coordination & Scheduling to support the scheduling and administrative needs of our Healthcare Professionals (HCPs). This role is responsible for managing Meditrack renewals, booking new assessments, ensuring accurate EMR documentation, and coordinating required forms between doctors, RPNs, and families. You should be someone who is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

  • Pay Rate: $24.00

  • Location: Markham, ON

  • Shift: 8:00am – 5:00pm

  • Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Use EMR and scheduling systems to coordinate Healthcare Professional calendars for clinical visits and assessments.

  • Ensure all required documentation is accurately completed and uploaded in the EMR.

  • Manage Meditrack renewals and facilitate new assessment bookings.

  • Coordinate completion of forms and digital documents (e.g., DocuSign) with physicians, RPNs, and families in the community.

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding services, appointments, and patient inquiries.

  • Resolve customer issues promptly with professionalism and empathy.

  • Provide basic product troubleshooting and process payments as needed.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient and service records.

Qualifications:

  • Strong computer skills and comfort navigating EMRs, digital forms, and scheduling tools.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Customer-oriented with the ability to build rapport and handle sensitive situations professionally.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.

  • Enjoys working with people—this is a customer interaction–heavy role, not strictly administrative.

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
