Adecco is currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join their team remotely on a temporary basis. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, handling inbound calls, and assisting with inquiries and bookings in the logistics/transportation industry. This role offers a competitive salary of $21 per hour.

- Pay rate: $21/hour.
- Location: Remote
- Shifts: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm
- Job type: Full-time | Temporary with possibility of becoming permanent
- Hires fast, pays weekly.
- 4% vacation pay paid out on each weekly pay cheque.

- Provide the highest level of customer service to all customers.
- Handle inbound calls in a busy call center environment.
- Answer customer inquiries, provide quotes, check availability, and confirm bookings.
- Extract required details from customers for booking inquiries.
- Respond to customer inquiries and problems with timely and accurate information.
- Treat each customer and staff member with courtesy, dignity, and respect for privacy.
- Meet or exceed established performance requirements.
- Follow and execute departmental procedures.
- Good knowledge of Ontario geography is an asset.
- Previous experience in a high-volume call center is advantageous.
- Passion and pride for providing excellent customer service.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize work with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to understand, listen, and execute customer needs.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with a positive outcome.
- Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
