The strategic partnership team is responsible for fostering a diverse set of partnerships within a matrixed environment. The ideal candidate will define and execute proven strategies that address:
Organizational capability gaps to differentiate Rogers infrastructure services with partner led SaaS and MSP solutions
Resolve capacity constraints and sustained sales mindshare / priority with co-funded resources and incentive programs
Foster at-scale channel strategies that accelerate speed to market with partner led engineering, innovation, and product teams.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Partnerships Leader to join our team. This role is responsible for managing a team that drives revenue growth, develops partner strategy, investments and governance, plans roadmaps and product development, enables sales, and supports partner solution specialists to unlock value for our strategic alliance portfolio.
What you'll be doing:
Lead and manage a team focused on revenue growth, partner strategy, and governance.
Develop and execute strategic partnership plans that align with company goals.
Oversee roadmap planning and product development initiatives.
Integrate Partners with field sales teams and enable Rogers sales teams with the necessary tools and resources to drive partner success.
Collaborate with partner solution specialists to identify and unlock value within the strategic alliance portfolio and accelerate client adoption of partner solutions.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
Monitor and analyze partnership performance, providing regular pipeline updates and drive opportunity velocity with senior management.
Ensure compliance with contractual commitments and Partner Satisfaction. Ensure business relationship and understanding of partner’s needs are identified with clear conditions, accountability, progress measurement and timelines.
What you will bring:
Proven experience in strategic partnerships, business development, product management or a related role.
Strong leadership and team management skills with ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with influential executive presence.
Experience with roadmap planning, investment strategies and product development.
Knowledge of sales enablement and partner solution strategies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA advantageous or equivalent industry experience would be highly favourable.
