This role is an integral part of an established A/R team, and the successful candidate will leverage attention to detail, strong accounting knowledge, process improvement skills, and business acumen to interface with cross functional teams and Senior Management. This role will support our Dealers and Retailers in support of our sales and distribution partners. It reports to the Manager, Finance Credit and Accounts Receivable.
What you'll do:
- Responsible for Customer Master, adding new accounts and updating existing ones
- Banking and cash application
- Investigate and resolve disputes with internal customers
- Diagnose problems and propose solutions
- Process manual Invoices and Credits notes
- Meet established productivity objectives
- Provide back-up and support as needed to other Analysts as required
- Other duties as assigned by the Manager
What you'll bring:
- Post-secondary education preferably in Finance/ Accounting
- Minimum 2 – 3 years’ experience
- Strong analytical and reporting skills in finance, accounting and business processes experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced skills in Excel
- Driven, customer focused and result oriented individual
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)
- Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, consistently meeting deadlines with accurate and detailed results
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Self-motivated, proactive and flexible with the ability to establish work priorities, multi-task effectively and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as an effective team member
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff
- Experience working with Oracle is preferred

This is a hybrid work position and will require you to be in office three days per week. You can choose which days in office work best for you!
