Technical Lead, Identity Technology, Brampton, ON
The IAM Technical Lead role is a technical position responsible for architecting, engineering, implementing, and maintaining IAM’s Identity Management products. The IAM Technical Lead will work with other Architects and Application Owners to drive integration and customization of the IAM solution and be able to build Loblaw’s IdentityIQ implementation, the IAM architect will require in-depth knowledge of how the IdentityIQ and its wide variety of features are configured and customized.
What You’ll Do:
- Partner with team members in information security, network, infrastructure, and application support teams to operate SailPoint environment as aligned to business requirements, technical standards, and security frameworks.
- Produce technical solution documents, Statement of Procedure (SOPs) as per the requirement of the organization.
- Deliver technical presentations and/or knowledge walkthroughs of existing and proposed systems to various audiences including project & team members, peer technology teams and senior management.
- Implement, configure, upgrade, and maintain IAM systems and application components, specially SailPoint
- Identifying and diagnosing deficiencies related to systems, coding and infrastructure and recommending creative solutions for migration
What You Bring:
- Knowledge of SAP GRC
- Demonstrate strong experience developing and administering in SailPoint. Design and deploy SailPoint solutions. Stay informed on industry trends and apply best practices to enhance security posture in SailPoint
- Fluent in creating and scripting dashboards for all daily/weekly & periodic reporting.
- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills to associated with security/control weaknesses within a technology environment to the risk that is posed to the business.
- Develop and enforce security policies and procedures related to SailPoint.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to the development and deployment of new SailPoint services.
