Are you an experienced Project Coordinator seeking a new career opportunity? Our Talent Management Department is seeking a Project Coordinator, Talent Management to join their team!
What You Will Do
Reporting to the Manager, Talent Management CoE, as Project Coordinator, Talent Management you will be responsible for supporting and facilitating Talent Management initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating programs that drive efficiencies, development and organizational growth. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including HR teams, managers, and external partners, to ensure the seamless execution of our talent programs.

What Qualifications Do You Bring?
- Your educational background including completion of a post-secondary college diploma or university degree in a related discipline, or a combination of education, training and experience deemed to be equivalent is integral and will contribute to the success in this role.
- Experience leading recruitment and onboarding programs end – to – end.
- Experience coordinating HR & talent management programs
- Experience with Early talent programs is an asset
- Evidence of working towards and/or completion of a CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) and/or PMP (Project Management Professional) designation is an asset.
- Your application will demonstrate a minimum of 3-5 years of project coordination experience.
