Job Description:
As part of Digital Business and Technology Solutions, the Chief Technology Office provides the strategic infrastructure, and technology services and support to ensure ongoing stability and availability of our systems for our Clients, Advisors and Employees. The Communications Specialist will be part of a team to drive recognition, engagement and consistency of messaging across our global CTO team.
Term Length: 4-months (January - April 2025)
What will you do?
Help to plan and organize in person and virtual events to support the leaders within CTO
Create and leverage templates for communicating material through a variety of formats including PowerPoint, workplace posts, etc.
Leverage existing material following brand guidelines and templates.
Create internal branding/marketing communication materials to promote department initiatives.
Develop and track to a schedule with contact names to ensure repeatability and improvement
What do you need to succeed?
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Past content writing experience using various media platforms (either for a company or personally)
Excellent creative design skills with some working knowledge of video animation (ie. Vyond, automation of powerpoint, etc.)
Proficient in Microsoft business software in particular PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet numerous deadlines
Ability to take initiative, be creative and work independently
Aptitude and willingness to learn
Working on/interested in a degree/diploma in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Business or related discipline.

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted for. The Base Pay which you will be considered for will vary depending on the Campus program you are selected for.
