We are looking for a Retail Insights Data Specialist to join our retail media network team, who will be responsible for analyzing advertiser data to deliver key insights such as category, audience, and product-specific metrics. You'll leverage both quantitative and qualitative research methods to gain a deeper understanding of our advertisers' customers, delivering causal insights and impact analyses.
Here’s where you’ll be focusing:
- Analyze advertiser data to deliver key insights (e.g., category, audience, and product specific metrics) and performance recommendations
- Leverage quantitative and qualitative research methods to unlock a deeper understanding of advertisers’ customers
- Deliver causal insights and measurement impact analysis
- Execute manual statistical analysis to validate data interpretations and ensure the accuracy of automated processes, documenting methods and results comprehensively
- Execute end-to-end measurement projects and make actionable recommendations to the business
- Provide insights for process and measurement/analytics tools and platforms improvement initiatives to scale data and measurement solutions
- Build and analyze key metrics to uncover trends and root causes of issues
What you have to offer:
- Undergraduate degree
- 8+ years experience in data analytics
- Proficient in using common analytics tools such as R and Python
- Experience building customer segments using advanced query techniques on large data sets.
- CDP experience is a plus
- Experience building decisioning models (e.g., propensity)
- Experience with planning, development, and analysis of primary quantitative research
- Ability to synthesize and clearly communicate findings from data and research to focus on the critical issues and actionable opportunities
