The Department Admin will provide administrative support in a dynamic team environment. Working closely with department managers and the Human Resources team, they will perform administrative responsibilities as assigned.

• Perform various administrative duties to support Department Managers and the Human Resources team
• Create and maintain employee and/or contractor records (electronic and hard copy files)
• Support the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees and contractors
• Maintain and update information in databases and Human Resource Information System (HRIS)
• Administer and maintain highly confidential and specialized information utilizing an in-depth understanding of organizational policies, procedures, and operations
• Perform various administrative duties to include meeting coordination, report preparation, compiling basic spreadsheets, presentations, correspondence, expense reports, printing, and other miscellaneous tasks when requested
• Assist with planning functions for Department Managers to include socials, vendor lunches, and specialized training
• Partner with the Receptionist to strengthen relationships and ensure coverage during absences
• Compile and distribute the company newsletter and other office wide communication
• Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and global standards
• Plan, organize, and carry out assignments as directed
• Adhere to and support Fluor’s Health, Safety, Environmental and Sustainability Policies and Practices
• Other duties as assigned
