- Location: Toronto, ON
- Shifts: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
- Job type: 12-month contract | Full-time
- Hires fast, pays weekly.

- Collaborate closely with the Product Management team to create a research agenda aligned with business outcomes.
- Conduct primary research using methods such as interviews, ethnography, usability testing, and surveys to explore user behaviors and motivations across omni channel experiences.
- Lead research projects end to end, from planning and recruitment to analysis and delivery of insights, with minimal guidance.
- Work with vendor partners to facilitate research and deliver results if needed, ensuring timely participant recruitment.
- Translate research findings into usable and actionable design tools, such as personas, design principles, and considerations.
- Advocate for user-centered design approach and maintain research practices and processes, contributing to the growth of the team.
- Communicate strengths and shortcomings of different research methods to Product Owners and Designers, guiding their application in the product development process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging UX research tools, and methods, and share knowledge with the team.
- Identify research opportunities that can measurably impact the commercial growth of the client, empowering colleagues on the wider UX team.
- Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
- 5+ years' experience in qualitative UX research.
- Post-secondary qualification in related fields.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Bilingualism and unionized environment experience desirable.
