The Brand team works collaboratively with all business units to ensure brand consistency across Bell communications including digital experiences advertising and design. Brand also supports our sponsorship, web presence, social media and market insights teams.
Summary
As a part of the Bell Brand team, you will be helping to lead the launch and evolution of our Digital Marketing capabilities. This is a great opportunity to execute programmatic campaigns for one of the largest telecommunications companies in the country. We are actively seeking a Programmatic Specialist in either our Montreal or Toronto office who will become an integral member of our Digital Performance team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide thought leadership for the deployment of recommendations on tactics, audiences, placements and pacing for programmatic campaigns.
- Own campaign delivery and pacing, immediately addressing issues such as disapproved creative, delivery under-pacing, tracking and reporting issues.
- Oversee and maintain regular reporting on campaign performance and share regular updates with key stakeholders.
- Monitor campaign’s performance and provide recommendations for improving outcomes.
- Work with the team to ensure that all documentation related to process, guidelines and best practices are organized, up-to-date and well maintained.
- Be the programmatic expert for strategy, execution, innovation and trainings.
- Accurately set up a variety of campaigns via multiple Demand Side Platforms (DSPs)
- Upload and assign different creative types in programmatic platforms.
- Ensure that campaign set up follows all the checklists and guidelines recommended by the senior team members.
- Assist in the generation of campaign performance, delivery, and performance presentations.
- Review and flag any potential campaign challenges or opportunities to senior team members.
- Campaign troubleshooting related to set up and technical issues to ensure all phases of the campaign are completed on time.
Critical Qualifications
- Understanding of the dynamics of Demand Side Platforms, including DV360, Amazon, and Yahoo
- Experience with programmatic inventory suppliers
- Understanding of ad verification and brand safety tools (DoubleVerify, MOAT, etc.)
- Working knowledge of Campaign Manager 360
- Passion about working with RTB in the Canadian space (data, inventory)
- Strong proficiency in Power Point, Excel, and other analytics softwar
- Strong understanding of pixels/tagging for digital campaigns
Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics platforms
- Familiar with additional DSP’s such as Xandr and TTD.
- Previous experience working within an advertising agency or with a media partner
- Passion for data, emerging media and technology
- Proactive approach to problem solving, assisting the team, self-development, etc.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Highly developed organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently
- Ability to develop and foster relationships with media partners
