- Evaluate and implement integration strategies using APIs, message queues, and event-driven architectures.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and delivery teams to define clear Project Charters and technical scopes of work.
- Design for hybrid environments with components hosted both on-premise and in the cloud, with emphasis on performance, resilience, and data integrity.
- Stay current with architectural trends such as microservices, composable commerce, headless design, and edge computing in retail.
- Identify and support AI/ML use cases to enhance automation, customer engagement, and operational insight.
- Enforce architectural governance through design reviews, standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure seamless integration between Microsoft products with third-party tools and systems.
- Apply security and compliance best practices, including role-based access control (RBAC) and encryption standards.
- Design and architect systems that can scale horizontally and vertically to handle increasing workloads and user demands.
