A career as a developer – Financial Services Operations (FSO) in National Bank's it demand Management team means working as a specialist in automating and optimising demand management processes. Your job

  • Design and configure solutions on the ServiceNow FSO module in accordance with quality standards and best practises
  • Collaborate with product teams, analysts and architects to understand needs and propose tailored solutions
  • Develop, maintain and optimise workflows Scripts and automations to support the Bank's processes
  • Integrate ServiceNow FSO with other systems via rest/SOAP APIs
  • Ensure code quality, perform unit tests and maintain technical and functional documentation

Your team

You are part of a large team of 46 colleagues in the Request Management sector and report to the it manager. Prerequisites

  • University degree in computer science, software engineering or related field and 5 years of professional experience as a ServiceNow developer
  • Proven experience in ServiceNow development
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Flow Designer, GlideScript, API and ServiceNow configuration tools
  • CSA/CAD ServiceNow certification (a major asset)
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum applied in JIRA
