Adecco in partnership with our client is currently hiring a full-time dynamic and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for key roles across our client’s organization. In this strategic and hands-on role, you will partner with hiring managers, HR, and leadership to attract, engage, and hire top talent while promoting a strong employer brand. You will play a vital role in building high-performing teams and shaping the future of our workforce.

  • Salary: $30/hour

  • Location: Ajax, ON

  • Job type: Temporary | Full-time | Hybrid

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday | 9:00am - 5:00pm

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers and HR leadership at VGCA to understand talent needs and develop effective sourcing strategies

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles, from job posting and sourcing through to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination

  • Source and engage top talent through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking events

  • Create a positive and seamless candidate experience aligned with VGCA employer brand and culture

  • Track recruitment metrics and deliver monthly reports to improve hiring efficiency and support workforce planning.
    Collaborate on talent initiatives such as employer branding, DEI hiring practices, and recruitment marketing campaigns

  • Lead university and college relations initiatives including developing partnerships with key institutions, managing campus recruitment events, and overseeing co-op and summer internship programs to attract top early-career talent

  • Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and internal policies

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred

  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, interview methodologies, and recruitment tools/ATS systems. Previous experience with SuccessFactors is a definite asset.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strategic relationships at all levels of the organization

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while embedded within a client organization

  • Act as a strategic Talent Partner to business leaders by providing coaching, market and industry insights, and tailored sourcing strategies to attract and retain top talent aligned with organizational goals

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
