Are you a hands-on problem-solver with a passion for precision and keeping operations running smoothly?

Adecco is currently hiring a full-time skilled Red Seal Millwright to join our client’s team in Winnipeg, MB. In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for installing, maintaining, and repairing industrial machinery — making sure production stays safe, efficient, and on track.

  • Pay Rate: $39.02/hr + shift premium $2.75/hr

  • Location: Winnipeg, MB

  • Shift: Night shift Wed, Thur, Friday (7PM-7AM)

  • Job type: Permanent | Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Modify, repair, or replace parts of machinery to maintain production capacity.

  • Inspect, lubricate machine parts and determine future maintenance requirements                                    

  • Perform changeover, setup and adjustments on production equipment          

  • Participate in a safety meeting and contribute to a departmental safety action plan    

  • Participate in major projects, installations, and start-ups  

  • Read and interpret drawings and schematics to determine spare parts requirements                                

  • Maintains a safe, clean work area and follows all safety procedures  

  • Ensure flexibility to respond to maintenance needs off-hours

  • Supervise outside contractors when on-site           

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years’ experience in a manufacturing facility (corrugated, printing, packaging would be an asset)

  • Inter-Provincial Red Seal Millwright preferred 

  • Welding experience would be an asset

  • Good understanding of safety procedures                                   

  • Good analytical and attention to detail skill                      

  • Must have own tools

  • Ability to work professionally under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
