Adecco is currently hiring a full-time experienced Quality Manager to provide strategic leadership and oversight for the implementation and continuous improvement of quality programs across all project phases, including engineering, procurement, fabrication, and construction. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with industry standards, client specifications, and regulatory requirements, while proactively managing risks related to non-conformance in a safety-sensitive environment.

  • Location: Sarnia, ON

  • Shift: Monday to Friday

  • Job type: Long term contract | Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the Project Quality Management System

  • Lead implementation of quality requirements for procured equipment and fabricated or constructed scopes

  • Coordinate and execute project audit and quality metrics programs

  • Ensure timely resolution of non-conformances and quality issues

  • Support cross-discipline integration of quality procedures (e.g., MOC, training, org planning)

  • Facilitate quality training sessions and contribute to execution planning and risk identification

  • Provide quality input during technical evaluations and supplier qualifications

  • Fulfill Procurement Quality Coordinator responsibilities as required

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in a Quality Lead or Manager role

  • Oil & gas refining or chemical plant experience

  • Proven track record in Oil & Gas quality systems and standards

  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Willingness and ability to travel for business support

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
