Adecco is currently hiring a full-time experienced Public Relations & Communications Lead to shape and drive our client’s public relations and communications strategy. From planning to execution, you’ll oversee campaigns, manage owned channels, and mentor a talented team to deliver consistent, impactful messaging across all platforms.

  • Pay Rate: up to $90K/year (based on experience)

  • Location: Edmonton, AB

  • Shift: Monday to Friday

  • Job type: Permanent | Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quarterly PR and communications plans aligned with organizational priorities.

  • Manage website, newsletters, social media, and paid advertising to ensure cohesive brand presence.

  • Lead media outreach, including pitching stories, coordinating interviews, drafting releases, and monitoring coverage.

  • Build efficient systems (SOPs, templates) and coach the team to produce approval-ready deliverables.

  • Monitor campaign effectiveness using GA4, UTMs, and other analytics tools; provide actionable insights for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related field.

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in PR/communications, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

  • Hands-on experience with CMS, email marketing, social media, and advertising platforms.

  • Strong strategic thinking, exceptional writing skills, and proficiency in planning and data analysis.

  • Some travel and occasional evening/weekend work for events required.

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
