Adecco is actively seeking a Project Manager Assistant based in Calgary, Alberta. This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary of $55,000. The successful candidate will provide essential support to the Project Managers and field teams, ensuring smooth operations and project efficiency from start to finish.   • Job type: Permanent | Full-time

Responsibilities:  

  • Collect, organize, and manage project documentation, including work authorizations, estimates, and completion certificates

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital and physical project files

  • Assist Project Managers with day-to-day coordination and scheduling of restoration projects

  • Communicate with clients to provide updates, answer questions, and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle

  • Prepare and deliver weekly progress reports to management and clients

  • Monitor scheduling changes and proactively address any conflicts or adjustments needed

  • Ensure consistency and data accuracy across job management and operating software platforms

  • Collaborate with field staff to ensure timely completion of work and proper documentation submission

  • Support internal reporting and project close-out processes as required

Requirements:  

  • Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the property restoration industry

  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

  • Professional and discreet when handling sensitive or confidential information

  • Proficient in Xactimate, XactAnalysis, Encircle, and Proven Job Management software

  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)

  • Quick to learn new software and systems with a tech-forward mindset

  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to supporting team success
