Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Production Planning & Logistics Coordinator to manage demand forecasting, production scheduling, inventory control, and outbound logistics for our client in Scarborough, ON. This role ensures accurate planning, timely shipments, and compliance with regulatory requirements while supporting data-driven decisions. You should have 3–5 years of experience in supply chain or production planning (food manufacturing preferred), strong ERP/WMS skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Analyze customer forecasts and historical data to develop accurate annual and rolling forecasts.
- Maintain forecast files and generate weekly inventory and fulfillment reports.
- Create production and inventory plans for customer programs.
- Manage a six-week rolling production schedule considering staffing, QA, and equipment availability.
- Collaborate with buyers, production, and QA to finalize schedules and update ERP/MRP systems.
- Adjust plans in real-time to meet changing demand and supply constraints.
- Coordinate outbound shipments and resolve delivery issues with carriers and customers.
- Monitor finished goods inventory and manage inter-warehouse transfers.
- Track and reconcile inventory across 3PL sites using ERP/WMS systems.
- Audit and process purchase orders and shipping documentation.
- Communicate shipment schedules and order changes to customers.
- Manage item setup in ERP/WMS and EDI platforms.
- Prepare export documentation and coordinate approvals with QA and CFIA.
- Handle shipment returns and mock recall procedures.
- Develop reports in Power BI and Excel for sales, inventory, and performance metrics.
- Maintain master product lists and support budgeting and forecasting.
- Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
- 3–5 years in production planning, logistics, or supply chain (food manufacturing preferred).
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP/WMS systems; experience with EDI and export documentation is an asset.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
