Adecco is currently hiring a full-time seeking a Mandarin-speaking Product Manager to join our client’s team on a full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven professional with experience in the computer hardware sector to take ownership of product strategy, development, and execution. This role requires you to be a strategic thinker, a natural collaborator, and passionate about bringing innovative products to market.

  • Job type: Permanent | Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and communicate a clear product strategy aligned with company objectives and long-term vision.

  • Conduct in-depth market research, including analysis of trends, competitors, and customer behaviors, to uncover new opportunities.

  • Gather and interpret customer feedback to guide product enhancements and innovation.

  • Lead go-to-market strategies for both new and existing products, including positioning, pricing, packaging, and promotional plans.

  • Create impactful sales enablement tools such as presentations, datasheets, and case studies.

  • Support internal training and rollout activities prior to product launches.

  • Define, monitor, and report on KPIs (revenue, margin, adoption, churn, satisfaction), using insights to drive improvements.

  • Apply analytics and business intelligence tools to measure product performance and identify areas for optimization.

  • Manage the full product lifecycle — from concept to launch, growth, maturity, and retirement — ensuring products remain competitive and profitable.

  • Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies to guide roadmap planning.

  • Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to source products and ensure quality and reliability

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of product management experience with proven success in managing diverse product portfolios.

  • Background in consumer electronics or computer hardware strongly preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of the electronics market and passion for emerging technologies.

  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and data analysis tools.

  • Exceptional communication and coordination skills across teams and departments.

  • Native Mandarin speaker with fluent English, able to handle global communications with professionalism.

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
