• Review daily timesheets submitted by site to ensure accuracy and proper processing.
• Create purchase orders as required.
• Weekly processing of invoices into the accounting system.
• Manage company credit card expenses and reports.
• Enter all costs into the client’s systems.
• Track client purchase order (PO) spend for ongoing projects.
• Provide PO spend details to the client upon request.
• Monitor the status of invoices to ensure they are approved or accepted for payment.

• Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
• 2-3 years of related work experience in administration, accounting, or similar roles.
• Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Experience with accounting software or systems.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
