About the role:
The Patient Services, Manager is responsible for overseeing patient support programs, ensuring patients receive the necessary care and resources to adhere to their treatment plans. This role focuses on enhancing patient satisfaction and therapy adherence through effective communication, strategic planning, and team leadership. This is a fixed term contract position (12 - 14 months).

- Lead and motivate a team of healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care

- Build and maintain strong relationships with patients and healthcare providers
- Resolve conflicts and patient complaints with tact and professionalism

Job Requirements
- 3+ years of pharmaceutical/life sciences and/or Patient Services experience required
- Bachelor’s degree in business or Scientific education (Biology, Chemistry or Nursing)
- English/French bilingualism an asset
- Experience with implementing digital customer and patient solutions an asset
As an experienced professional, you specialize in solving various complex problems, sometimes referring to established precedents and policies. Your work involves analyzing diverse data and selecting appropriate methods for solutions, while networking with senior professionals in your field. You possess a complete understanding of principles, concepts, and industry practices, exerting some influence on organizational objectives. You might also participate in training junior staff.
