Adecco is actively seeking a dedicated Office Manager to join our client’s team located in Goderich, Ontario. This full-time role is ideal for a highly organized professional who excels in administrative oversight, operational coordination, and hands-on support for day-to-day business activities. The Office Manager will play a central role in supporting productivity, operational flow, and customer service excellence.
Pay Rate: $25/hour.
Location: Goderich, ON
Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm (possibly 7:00am-5:00pm)

Responsibilities:
Oversee all office administration, including bookkeeping, filing, and document management.
Conduct site visits, coordinate sales activities, manage work orders, and schedule jobs.
Provide leadership and operational support in alignment with business objectives.
Assist with early morning work orders as required to support service delivery.
Maintain effective communication across teams, clients, and vendors.
Ensure compliance with internal procedures, safety practices, and company standards.
Requirements:
Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.

Proven ability to manage operational processes effectively.
