Summary
The Merchandising Planning & Execution, Operations Support will be a critical role in the Bell Merchandising Execution team (Corporate Store, Dealer, and Authorized Retailer). Our team facilitates the execution of in-store merchandising campaigns, new product and device launches, shipment planning, and communication to our stakeholders and stores across Canada.
The Operations Support person will oversee end-to end execution of visual merchandising and ensure that all channels receive best in class service and support.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, this position offers the potential for continued learning and development, as well as satisfying professional challenges and benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all trouble tickets and store inquiries regarding merchandising, fixtures, POP, etc.
- Create regular reporting on ticket types by region and space
- Drive innovation and simplicity - identify opportunities and drive process improvements,standardization and strategic thinking to gain efficiencies for in-store execution.
- Support Marketing Communications team with day to day administrative tasks as well as assist
- with one-off projects as required
- Update and create merchandising planograms, including accurate representation of regional marketing elements to support leaseline tactical updates in the visual merchandising system (VMS)
- Prime on broadcasting leaseline same day and next day changes to Corporate and Dealer Channels leads
- Develop communications & store surveys and photo audits on new product launches and projects
- Liaise with team on planogram timing and execution
- Forecast print quantities for merchandising elements and coordinate distribution
- Provide merchandising support – extra requests (POP, logins, training etc) projects, zone expansions and adaptations
- Support the Retail channel in identifying challenges and coming up with creative solutions to their visual merchandising /fixture problems
- Support regular inventory clean up at warehouse
- Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience
- A university degree or college diploma Merchandising preferred
- Experience in channel execution programs, sales support and visual merchandising is preferred
- Advanced skills in MS Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of our Visual Merchandising System (VMS) preferred
