Unlocking Insights and Building Growth 
As a Merchandise Analyst, you will support by analyzing category performance data and providing insights to drive business success. You will participate in category reviews and collaborate with suppliers, internal stakeholders and Dealers on product performance. Led by the Merchandise Manager, this opportunity will best suit someone who has strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills. 

Ready to make an impact in a new role? Here’s how:  
•    Prepare, analyze, and share category performance data and insights.
•    Work with suppliers to collect product and category information.
•    Negotiate with suppliers for participation in ads, campaigns, and promotional programs.
•    Work with pricing analysts to validate supplier-proposed cost changes.
•    Collaborate with, and lead, cross-functional teams for category reviews, promotional planning and execution, marketing content approvals, and product information main.
•    Communicate and resolve Dealer inquiries and issues.
•    All other duties as required or assigned by the Merchandise Management Team.
 
We’re looking for: 
•    College or University courses in Business with 2+ years of retail, wholesale, or corporate experience in the hardware industry preferred. 
•    Ability to work independently in a collaborative cross-functional team setting. 
•    Ability to assess, prioritize, and react to changing situations in a busy, fast-paced deadline-driven environment. 
•    Excellent verbal and written communication.
•    Proactive problem-solving and negotiation skills.

•    The expected starting salary range for this role is $62,200- $81,600; the final offer will reflect relevant skills and experience.
