Adecco in partnership with our client, is currently hiring a full-time Medical Equipment Delivery Driver in Burnaby BC. In this role you will be responsible for delivering, picking up, and servicing medical equipment while providing exceptional customer service. This role involves educating customers on the proper and safe use of products. You will also clean, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment, ensuring all protocols and procedures are followed.

This position requires regular interaction with healthcare professionals in hospital and clinical environments. On days with fewer delivery assignments, you may assist with equipment cleaning and maintenance at the warehouse. All necessary PPE and comprehensive training will be provided.

  • Pay Rate: $24.00 - $26.00hour

  • Location: Burnaby, BC

  • Shift: 8.5hours per day | 8:30am – 5:00pm and weekends as required.

  • Job type: Permanent | Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Perform deliveries and pickups using a 3-ton or 5-ton truck.

  • Prepare medical equipment and documentation for delivery.

  • Load and unload equipment from the delivery vehicle.

  • Provide customers with clear instructions for safe and proper equipment use.

  • Process delivery and pickup documentation onsite with medical staff.

  • Clean and process medical equipment to meet quality standards.

  • Maintain professionalism and customer etiquette in all interactions.

  • Assist with troubleshooting and minor maintenance of equipment.

  • Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Comfortable working in hospital settings and handling medical equipment.

  • Background in caregiving, healthcare, or similar empathetic roles is an asset.

  • Strong customer service skills with compassion and professionalism.

  • Ability to lift heavy objects and walk extensively during shifts. (50 – 70lbs)

  • Valid driver’s license (mandatory).

  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and desire for long-term career growth.

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
