Responsible for overseeing a team of support associates in different geographic locations across the Broadridge organization. Day to day technology support around operations ongoing. This role requires a fundamental understanding of all the different business units this position is responsible for. Responsibilities include clear and concise documentation around processes and procedures and policies ensuring Broadridge technology standards are followed for each remote Broadridge office. This role will also interact with senior business partners at each location to ensure the proper technology support is followed
Daily cadence with the senior leadership team around day-to-day business support needs SLA escalation and coordination with various technology teams to bring an issue to resolution Alignment with Broadridge facilities coordinating office build outs, consolidation of resources and relocations into new office space Creates criteria to measure the effectiveness of IT policies, standards, and procedures. Advocates for process reviews in on-going IT projects or services under defined IT policies. Leads discussions and answers complex questions regarding cross-functional IT policies and standards. Contributes to the establishment and use of best practices in IT policies, standards, and procedures. Monitors organizational and functional adherence to IT policies and procedures when addressing risk management. Forecasts technological industry trends and potential risks in the implementation of defined IT policies, standards, and procedures. Leads the selection and approval of products or services within the IT environment. Supports daily operations and provides escalation on Call support
Preferred Qualifications: (Provide the minimum education and experience levels that will result in successful job performance)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
At least 10 years of experience
