BCIT’s Information Technology Services (ITS) department is seeking aregular, full-time (1.0 FTE) M365 Administrator (Intermediate Systems Analyst) to join our Cloud Technology & Systems team. Working with a wide variety of individuals and teams within and outside the department, you will be responsible for the implementation and operation of BCIT’s M365 ecosystem as it relates to the IT Academic, Administrative, and Research agendas of BCIT.

You have a minimum of four years of professional experience in the IT industry, with a strong background in Microsoft system administration, the M365 ecosystem, and technical operations in a large, multi-campus environment. Your expertise includes hands-on experience with M365 and Entra ID, implementing and supporting Microsoft technologies, and troubleshooting complex environments. You are adept at clearly articulating complex topics to both technical and non-technical audiences, have a proven record of analytical and problem-solving skills, and demonstrate high professionalism and ethics.
