Adecco is actively seeking Lead / Restoration Technicians to join our client’s team in Saskatoon, SK. This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary of $55,000 CAD. In this role, you will oversee and perform restoration work on properties affected by water, fire, smoke, and mould damage. The position requires physical labour, the ability to work in challenging environments, and strong leadership skills to guide a team of technicians. We are looking for someone who is dependable, customer-focused, and motivated to grow within the restoration industry.
  • Pay Rate: $55k/year.

  • Job type: Permanent | Full-time
Responsibilities:  
  • Respond promptly to emergency situations involving water, fire, smoke, or mould damage
  • Evaluate the scope of damage on-site and delegate tasks to technicians accordingly
  • Perform all restoration activities—including water extraction, fire cleanup, and mould remediation—following IICRC standards and company procedures
  • Provide strong on-site leadership, supporting and mentoring technicians throughout each project
  • Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with all safety policies and practices
  • Ensure company vehicles are fully stocked with the required tools, equipment, and consumables
  • Keep the shop bay organized, clean, and professionally maintained, ensuring adequate inventory levels
  • Complete all documentation, job records, and required paperwork accurately and on time
  • Clean, sanitize, and maintain restoration equipment to company standards
  • Ensure all technicians have access to proper PPE and are using it correctly
  • Perform restoration tasks independently and consistently while accurately recording project activities
  • Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours emergency calls when required
  • Support additional leadership responsibilities as needed, including intake and coordination during emergencies
Requirements:  
  • Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.
  • Previous restoration industry experience is an asset, but not mandatory
  • IICRC certifications are highly beneficial
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and support a team effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and commitment to quality
  • Able to remain calm, focused, and dependable in fast-paced or high-pressure situations
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
  • Holds a valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
  • Willing to undergo a criminal background check
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 75 lbs.
  • Comfortable working in demanding environments such as hot, cold, wet, dusty, or dirty areas
  • Available for regular weekday shifts plus on-call rotations, overtime, evenings, and weekends as required
