- Prepare, track, and manage land tenure and park use permit applications, renewals, and compliance requirements
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all government documentation
- Support engagement initiatives with government agencies, Indigenous communities, and stakeholder groups
- Monitor changes in regulations and advise leadership on potential impacts
- Assist with development of environmental and operational management plans aligned with sustainability goals
- Maintain the centralized permit database and support audit activities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sustainability, development, and government relations teams
- Work remotely with up to 25% travel required to lodges (11 lodges total) and backcountry areas
- Work occasional evenings or weekends depending on project timelines or field requirements
- Ensure all actions comply with relevant government regulations and internal policies
- Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.
- Post-secondary education in environmental studies, public administration, natural resource management, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in government relations, permitting, land tenure administration, or related work
- Knowledge of land use systems and regulatory permitting processes
- Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems
- Ability to travel up to 25% and work occasionally in outdoor/backcountry environments
- Comfortable managing deadlines and working both independently and collaboratively
