Reporting to the Field Engineering Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible to act as the focal point for the transfer of ownership of an area or item between one discipline or Sub Contractor to another discipline or Sub Contractor. This position is a dual role combined with being RFI Coordinator.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Populate the IDR form based on initial request from the construction coordinator
- Manages the discipline release log
- Circulates the IDR for review and input from Contractors, Construction, Engineering, Quality
- Validates that all parties have reviewed the IDR and agree with the transfer
- Archives and logs the executed IDRs
- Expedites completion of the IDR
