- Pay rate: $28/hour.

- Shifts: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm
- Job type: 6-month contract | Full-time
- Hires fast, pays weekly.

- Conduct lead generation activities to identify and research potential customers, utilizing cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
- Make a minimum of 50 outbound sales calls daily, delivering compelling sales pitches and presentations to generate interest in our products and services.
- Manage the entire sales process from initial contact through to closing, ensuring a smooth handover to the customer success team for onboarding.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with prospects and customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings, industry trends, and competitors to effectively communicate value propositions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics, consistently achieving monthly and quarterly quotas.
- Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred
- New graduate or up to 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or cold calling
- Fluency in English, French, and Chinese languages preferred (2 out of 3 required)
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce CRM, Groove) and technology savvy
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment and handle multiple tasks effectively
