A career as a Financial Services Representative in Investments at National Bank, you’ll support Investment and Retirement Development Managers. This is a career where you’ll have a positive impact on clients. In this role, you’ll actively support the managers in their administrative investment activities.
Your job:
- Closely monitor client files to make sure activities are carried out efficiently.
- Optimize interactions with clients on the technical, administrative and operational aspects of their investment transactions.
- Use an advisory approach by detecting opportunities and referring clients to the right specialist.
- As needed, solve client satisfaction problems.
- Support Investment and Retirement Development Managers by analyzing data and resolving complex files.
- Ensure compliance with the processes used and the implementation of new features.
- Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules.

Prerequisites:
- High school diploma and 3 years of relevant experience or college diploma and 1 year of relevant experience
- Experience in customer service and interest in business development
- Experience in administrative support and in processing investment, financing and transaction products
- Basic investment knowledge
- Proficient with IT tools and comfortable navigating digital tools
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit
- Ability to adapt to various situations
- Ability to rigorously manage several requests at the same time
