Shift Schedule: 4-on/4-off rotation (4 day shifts, 4 off, 4 night shifts, 4 off)
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on plant equipment
Troubleshoot, repair, and analyze equipment failures
Install and upgrade production lines with new technology
Contribute to site-wide safety and quality initiatives
Collaborate with technicians, contractors, and production teams to keep our facility running at optimal capacity
Qualifications
Journeyman Millwright Certification (Alberta or Red Seal)
Electrical or Power Engineering/Steam Ticket is an asset
Minimum 1 year experience in manufacturing or production
Experience with predictive maintenance, instrumentation, and PLCs is an asset
Physical Demands & Work Environment:
Ability to lift/carry 45–60 lbs continuously for 8–12 hours
Ability to push/pull up to 80 lbs frequently
Frequent standing, walking, bending, twisting, squatting, reaching, and grasping
Completion of required Safety and Quality/Food Safety training and compliance with all site policies
