Adecco is currently seeking a Forklift Operator – Reach Truck for our client in Vaughan, ON. This temporary to possibly permanent position pays $21.50 per hour and involves operating a reach truck to support daily warehouse operations. The role includes material handling, loading and unloading shipments, organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. We are looking for a certified operator who is reliable, safety-focused, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

- Pay rate: $21.50/hour.
- Location: Vaughan, ON
- Shifts: Monday-Friday 5:00am-2:30pm
- Job type: Temporary to possibly permanent | Full-time
- Hires fast, pays weekly.
- 4% vacation pay paid out on each weekly pay cheque.

- Safely operate a reach truck to move, load, unload, and stack materials, products, and pallets
- Load and unload goods from trucks and delivery vehicles, ensuring proper securement
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments, assist with inventory counts, and maintain accurate documentation
- Organize and relocate inventory to designated storage areas
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace by removing obstructions and following safety rules
- Perform daily pre-shift safety checks on the reach truck and report any issues or maintenance needs
- Work closely with warehouse staff and supervisors to support workflow and material handling requirements
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety guidelines
- Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
- Certified Reach Truck Operator (valid certification required)
- Skilled in operating reach trucks and other warehouse equipment
- Strong adherence to safety protocols and ability to identify hazards
- Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately verify shipments and complete records
- Strong spatial awareness for efficient warehouse navigation and stacking
- Physically capable of performing warehouse duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Effective team player with strong communication skills
- Able to perform basic math and complete required logs and paperwork accurately
