We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to provide advanced, highly diversified, confidential, and discretionary administrative assistance, support, and coordination for the four executives that make up the Rogers Bank leadership team. The candidate will exercise initiative, efficient teamwork, and professional judgment on a regular basis. This individual will have exceptional organization skills, good writing skills, strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail and must be skilled in the preparation of presentation documents.  The ideal candidate thrives in a busy, always changing environment.

 

What you will do…

  • Provide a wide variety of administrative and planning support to the Executive Leadership Team of Rogers Bank and Emerging Services

  • Prepares and composes correspondence, meeting materials, memos, reports, and presentations as required

  • Develops and manages schedules, scheduling meetings, and arranging conference calls with both internal and external parties

  • Manages leadership team expense reports and submission for payment. Ensures all internal spending policies are obeyed

  • Supports the vendor payment process with PO creation and processing of invoices

  • Exercise extreme discretion and diplomacy when liaising with key internal and external stakeholders

  • Provide accurate word-processing support by composing and/or editing a variety of documents including highly confidential correspondence

  • Handles highly sensitive tasks and projects with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at once

  • Contributes to the planning and coordination and management of departmental events and special projects

  • Maintains departmental daily operational workflow, including coordinating responses to both internal and external inquiries/requests

  • Other duties and support as assigned

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Proven ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment

  • Willing to work flexible hours to meet challenging and changing deadlines

  • Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and projects

  • Proven ability to coordinate and manage special projects

  • A high level of attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-up

  • Demonstrated business professionalism, respect for confidentiality and appropriate handling of sensitive information

  • Proven ability to work in a team focused environment

  • Demonstrated and proven advanced technical competence with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Outlook in order to create effective presentations, documents, and spreadsheets
