The Opportunity

Join our dynamic sales team as a Co-Op Student and make a real impact on our sales strategy. Reporting to the Regional Sales Director- Direct Sales, you’ll leverage your education and curiosity to drive results through market research, financial analysis, training development, and trend identification.


What You’ll Do

  • Conduct market, product, and competitor research to identify improvements
  • Analyze client financial statements and market sectors for trends
  • Build sales forecasts and portfolio growth reports using Salesforce and Power BI
  • Support loan funding by connecting with vendors and clients
  • Complete risk scorecards and RoC worksheets for data integrity
  • Assist in developing and launching training courses
  • Draft internal and external communications, maintain prospect profiles
  • Prepare and distribute business management and performance reports
  • Continuously learn and identify trends to support team success

Who We’re Looking For

  • Pursuing a degree/diploma in business or finance
  • Administrative experience and operational knowledge
  • Motivated, independent, and accountable self-starter
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and thrive in fast-paced environments
  • Curious, eager to learn, and optimize processes
  • Strong understanding of banking, documentation, and financial insight
  • Proactive, responsive, and agile in managing competing priorities
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Word, Outlook, Excel; Power BI and Salesforce are assets
