This position will be reporting to directly Project and Asset Information Manager and support the overall implementation of the Asset Information Requirement on the Gordie Howe Integration Bridge project. This is a primarily Digital coordination role directly supporting the Commissioning, Systems and Handover group and coordinating with Designers, Quality and Construction.

Responsabilities
1. Manage Asset Data & Processes during construction, commissioning, and handover
2. Manage, Create, and track checklist, test, punch list, documentation, space data and equipment
3. Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and make sure that all asset data, documents, and inputs are feeding into the Commissioning system and providing output to other systems through all project stages.
4. Track and monitor the latest design and equipment changes and update the Commissioning database accordingly.
5. Punch Items management – collect records (deficiencies), provide visibility, work with sub-contractors for them to close the punch items to ensure zero punch items at the end of the project
6. Communicate and coordinate with the Design Management Team, BIM Team, and Subcontractors on data updates.
7. Prepare and process external data sets (e.g., Excel sheets) for effective upload onto Commissioning & Asset database.
8. Enforce standard practices and procedures for proper integration and flow of data.
9. Develop a schedule and coordinate with Subcontractors for the upload of their respective assets data to the Commissioning database.
10. Working with ISO19650 to manage and collect data through design, construction, and turnover.
