Purpose

Contributes to the overall success of the  Global Technology Services - Enterprise Process Management & Compliance’s IT Service Management (ITSM)’s Governance, Data Analytics & Reporting globally ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives.  Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.

Accountabilities:

• Work closely  with various stake holders like senior manager, team members, technology & business stakeholders.
• Primary responsibility will be gathering, understanding & documenting the  analytics  requirements .
• Providing analytical solutions using SAP business objects, SSIS , PowerBI, etc..
• Perform quality assurance processes on deliverables to verify accuracy to specifications.
• Perform deployment between environments in SAP-BI & SSIS platform .
• Manage DEV, QA, PROD & DR  BI environments.

Tech Skills:

• 3+ Hands-on experience with data modeling, and business requirements gathering/analysis.
• 3 + Demonstrated experience and expertise in data management platforms,ETL development (SSIS), Business Intelligence and Analytics systems (SAP Business Objects platforms, SAP Analytics Cloud)
• Hands-on experience in SSIS development.
• Experience with data connections, data foundations, semantic layers, universes (UDT) and Information Design Tool (IDT).
• Experience with databases platforms (e.g. Oracle, SQLServer) as well as relational database design.
• Knowledge of Capital Markets, Financial Instruments and related workflows, accounting, Risk and regulatory processes.  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.  
• Familiarity with Requirements gathering, documentation, QA and release processes.  
• Aptitude for Problem solving and analysis and positive attitude.
