Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative / Shipping Clerk to join our client’s warehouse team n Brockville, ON. In this position you play a critical role in ensuring safe, efficient, and accurate warehouse operations. This position requires strong attention to detail, adherence to client’s safety practices, and the ability to execute order fulfillment and shipping processes with precision. For this role you should demonstrate flexibility, initiative, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

  • Pay Rate: $22.50/hour

  • Location: Brockville, ON

  • Shift: 7:00am – 3:00pm

  • Job type: Temporary | Full-time | 3–6-month contract

Responsibilities:

  • Understand, articulate, and manage Company Life-Saving Rules.

  • Participate in safety training sessions and Toolbox Talks.

  • Report all safety concerns promptly to the Warehouse Manager.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

  • Follow all warehouse work processes without shortcuts or workarounds.

  • Execute order fulfillment and shipping documentation with high accuracy.

  • Utilize Company SAP system to perform transactions related to vehicle scheduling.

  • Conduct and return accurate inventory cycle counts.

  • Apply safe and precise operating practices in all tasks.

  • Demonstrate adaptability in work tasks and schedules to support business needs.

  • Strive for ongoing skill development to deliver higher-quality work.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with computer systems; experience with SAP and warehouse management systems is an asset.

  • Successful completion of company mandatory HSSE orientation and screening processes, including: Pre-employment drug testing and Eyesight assessment,

  • Previous experience in warehouse operations or logistics.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
