Adecco is currently hiring a full-time detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our client’s Microbulk support team in Calgary, AB. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently processing customer orders, responding to inquiries, assisting with basic equipment troubleshooting, and coordinating emergency service requests. Your expertise will help ensure smooth and timely support for customers while maintaining high service standards.
Pay Rate: $27.27 to $30.65 / hour (based on experience)
Location: Calgary, AB

Responsibilities:
Process customer orders accurately and promptly.
Respond to incoming calls and inquiries from Microbulk customers with professionalism and efficiency.
Assist with basic troubleshooting of Microbulk tanks and generators via phone or virtual communication.
Log emergency service requests, ensuring all critical information is recorded, including service details and the nature of the issue.
Collaborate with coordinators, supervisors, and managers to assess and prioritize service calls based on urgency and root cause (e.g., empty tank, dry ice depletion, leaks).
Coordinate efficiently with drivers to schedule service call-ins.
Identify and flag opportunities for upselling products or services to support cross-functional business goals.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Microbulk equipment, delivery schedules, safety codes, and customer configurations.
Monitor call volume trends and service patterns, and report insights to management.
Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education is an asset.
Previous experience in a customer service, dispatch, or logistics support role preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
Comfortable with basic troubleshooting and technical support tasks.
Familiarity with Microbulk or cryogenic equipment is a strong asset.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of learning industry-specific software.
Must be a team player with a proactive approach and positive attitude.
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
