In this role, you will respond to a steady stream of customer concerns and written queries, ensuring all communications meet the needs of the audience. You will be responsible for investigating and resolving customer issues with accuracy and care, while working closely with the project support team to ensure a high standard of service delivery. Responsibilities:
Provide courteous, professional, and timely responses to a continuous stream of customer concerns, as well as written queries and written customer solicitations.
Identify and resolve customer questions and concerns.
Conduct in-depth research and capture all aspects of customer requests.
Ensure that the content of oral and written communications meets the needs of the target audience.
Work closely with the project support team
Qualifications:
Must hold at least a Secondary School Diploma
Must have experience with delivering exceptional customer service.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
Experience working in a call centre or claims would be considered a strong asset.
Bilingualism in French / English is considered an asset.
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
