Adecco is currently seeking an experienced Crown Reach and Counterbalance Forklift Operator to join our client’s fast-paced warehouse team in Vaughan, ON. This is a day shift, temporary role with the possibility of becoming permanent. The successful candidate will operate propane counterbalance forklifts and Crown reach trucks, support warehouse operations, meet productivity metrics, and use RF scanners daily.

- Pay rate: $21.50/hour.
- Location: Vaughan, ON
- Shifts: Monday-Friday 5:00am-2:30pm
- Job type: Temporary to possibly permanent | Full-time
- Hires fast, pays weekly.
- 4% vacation pay paid out on each weekly pay cheque.

- Operate propane counterbalance forklifts and Crown reach forklifts (Crown MHE experience required—no training provided).
- Work in a high-volume, fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy metrics.
- Use an RF scanner for order picking and documentation.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
- Complete a mandatory in-house assessment prior to starting, including:
- Identifying product specifications from images
- Simple division and multiplication questions
- You must pass this assessment before you can begin work
- Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
- Minimum 2 years of forklift experience
- Valid forklift certification (Counterbalance & Reach)
- Strong verbal English communication skills
- Experience operating Crown MHE
- Previous experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Ability to meet productivity expectations
