The Construction Office Coordinator is an important role that will support the overall site team with several day-to-day activities. The Construction Office Coordinator will provide project support in a multi discipline team environment in a remote construction site setting. This role will report directly to Site Manager.
• Coordinates Timesheet filing for Construction Management and Cost Engineers review
• Supports Field Engineering and Quality Control on RFI tracking and Contractor Turnover document filing
• Administers and maintains confidential and specialized information and records
• Supports Human Resources with site policy creation and implementation
• Review, analyze and extract data in preparation for meetings, special projects, reports, and presentations
• Orders and maintains office supplies and equipment for departments/project
• Consistently looks for opportunities for improvement in office processes
• Coordination of office seating allocations, including phones and computers for project personnel
• Manages site calendars and meeting rooms
• Maintains primary personnel rotation schedule and completes bookings for hotels, camp rooms, and staff shuttles.
