- Pay rate: $28/hour.
- Location: Toronto, ON
- Shifts: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm
- Job type: Temporary to possibly permanent | Full-time
- Hires fast, pays weekly.
- 4% vacation pay paid out on each weekly pay cheque.

- Ensure accurate customer setup by facilitating collection of contracts, Purchase Orders, and relevant documentation for invoicing initiation.
- Adhere to GAAP revenue recognition guidelines across all operational regions.
- Collaborate with local accounts receivable teams to expedite customer payments.
- Handle non-standard/custom billing and assist with various billing and collection tasks.
- Utilize Outlook, Asana, and Salesforce to manage billing inquiries, update customer details, and process credit/refund requests.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes and reporting.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
- Passionate about innovation and process improvement.
- Ability to independently problem-solve in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to build quick rapport.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a focus on quality and results.
- Proficient in MS Excel, including pivot tables and v-lookups.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
- Familiarity with working across different time zones preferred.
