- Pay rate: $53/hour.
- Location: Mississauga, ON
- Shifts: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
- Job type: Temporary | Full-time
- Hires fast, pays weekly.
- 4% vacation pay paid out on each weekly pay cheque.

- Monitor new tender and RFP opportunities, prepare bids, and process required documentation
- Advise management on contractual obligations, rights, and risks
- Compile and analyse contract-related data and maintain historical records
- Demonstrate strong accountability by ensuring team members meet project deadlines and milestones
- Create and maintain pricing agreements, rebate programs, and complex national/government contracts
- Administer ongoing contract maintenance, including adding/deleting products, updating pricing, and adjusting master data
- Work closely with Sales, customers, and Sales Operations to resolve pricing discrepancies and issue credits
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure an effective contract lifecycle workflow
- Maintain full understanding of contract requirements to ensure compliance and timely administration
- Identify process and policy improvements to enhance efficiency
- Manage and complete assigned contract-related projects
- Perform other duties as required
- Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
- 5–7 years of relevant contract administration experience
- University degree required
- Strong project management abilities
- Advanced MS Word, Excel, and SharePoint skills
- Bilingual in English and French (oral and written) – non-negotiable
- Preferred: Higher education in Law, Paralegal, Notary, MBA, or related field
- Preferred: Knowledge of the Canadian medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare system
