Adecco is currently seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Senior Contracts Administrator to support our client's contract management operations in the Medical Devices/Healthcare industry. Located in Mississauga, this contract position pays $53.00 per hour and requires a bilingual (English/French) professional with strong project management experience and excellent attention to detail. The successful candidate will oversee contract development, maintain customer agreements, and ensure all contractual obligations are met efficiently and accurately.
  • Pay rate: $53/hour.
  • Location: Mississauga, ON
  • Shifts: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
  • Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor new tender and RFP opportunities, prepare bids, and process required documentation
  • Advise management on contractual obligations, rights, and risks
  • Compile and analyse contract-related data and maintain historical records
  • Demonstrate strong accountability by ensuring team members meet project deadlines and milestones
  • Create and maintain pricing agreements, rebate programs, and complex national/government contracts
  • Administer ongoing contract maintenance, including adding/deleting products, updating pricing, and adjusting master data
  • Work closely with Sales, customers, and Sales Operations to resolve pricing discrepancies and issue credits
  • Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure an effective contract lifecycle workflow
  • Maintain full understanding of contract requirements to ensure compliance and timely administration
  • Identify process and policy improvements to enhance efficiency
  • Manage and complete assigned contract-related projects
  • Perform other duties as required
Requirements:
  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
  • 5–7 years of relevant contract administration experience
  • University degree required
  • Strong project management abilities
  • Advanced MS Word, Excel, and SharePoint skills
  • Bilingual in English and French (oral and written) – non-negotiable
  • Preferred: Higher education in Law, Paralegal, Notary, MBA, or related field
  • Preferred: Knowledge of the Canadian medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare system
