- Pay rate: $26-$28/hour.
- Location: Ajax, ON
- Shifts: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm
- Job type: 12-month contract | Full-time
- Hires fast, pays weekly.

- Manage customer care issues on social media platforms and other communication channels.
- Reduce response times and ensure timely follow-up on inquiries.
- Address and resolve regional customer concerns.
- Provide current and prospective vehicle owners with accurate information on products, features, and services.
- Use internal resources to troubleshoot and resolve customer or vehicle issues.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic, professionalism, and customer-focused attitude.
- Apply Volkswagen policies and procedures correctly to resolve concerns.
- Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Support the Call Centre team as needed.
- Escalate customer input and dealer concerns to Level 2 when required.
- Track and communicate customer trends and product-related issues.
- Generate reports to identify service opportunities and improve customer relations.
- Act as liaison with Roadside Assistance providers.
- Stay informed on trending topics, technical bulletins, service actions, and campaigns.
- Apply best practices and processes to quickly resolve urgent "car down" situations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new products and services as they enter the market.
- Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
- Fully bilingual in French and English (written and verbal)
- Previous customer service experience in a call centre environment required.
- Experience in the automotive industry preferred.
- Post-secondary education preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive, professional attitude with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
