Adecco is currently seeking a detail-oriented Bilingual Credit and Collections Analyst to join our client’s team on a temporary basis in Ajax, ON. This role focuses on managing customer accounts, reviewing overdue balances, and supporting credit maintenance activities. The ideal candidate is fluent in French and English, has prior accounts receivable experience, and is comfortable communicating with customers to resolve outstanding payments efficiently and professionally.

- Pay rate: $23.85-$29.81/hour.
- Location: Ajax, ON
- Shifts: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm
- Job type: Temporary | Full-time
- Hires fast, pays weekly.
- 4% vacation pay paid out on each weekly pay cheque.

- Collect, review, and maintain basic customer credit information
- Assist with reviewing and verifying overdue accounts to minimize outstanding debts
- Contact customers by phone and email to confirm outstanding payments and resolve discrepancies
- Update and renew customer credit information as required
- Maintain accurate records within accounting and credit management systems
- Follow internal credit and collections policies and procedures
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve account issues in a timely manner
- Support ongoing accounts receivable and collections reporting as required
- Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
- 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) or Collections
- Fully bilingual in French and English (spoken and written)
- Experience working with accounting or ERP software
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
