We currently have an open position for an Analyst, In-store and Ancillary with Loblaw Real Estate to be based out of the Loblaw Head Office (1 Presidents Choice Circle, Brampton) office!

Accountabilities

  • Support In-store Business and Ancillary teams in the management of third-party tenants for both Loblaw and Shoppers Drug Mart stores
  • Abstract and maintain Sub-leases, License Agreements and vacant units into Tango Lease Administration System, run reports as required
  • Coordinate with Finance group to allocate tenant payments
  • Assist in collecting outstanding AR
  • Collecting data and preparing Year End reports
  • Issuing Rental Advice Notices as required
  • Assist with the execution of In-store Business projects during store construction or renovation phase from executed document to store opening.  This will include working with a project manager, monitoring architect drawings, project timelines, budgets and tenant requirements as well as scheduling on-site visits with licensees and internal/external construction groups
  • Work with store planning, store décor and the 3rd party tenant to determine permitted signage for new and existing tenants
  • Track Renewals to ensure all agreements are up to date
  • Track and submit all temporary signage requests for tenants
  • Track vacancies and prepare quarterly vacancy reports

Role Requirements

Post secondary education or equivalent experience in a similar role

Must be able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks at any given time

Ability to build strong internal and external relationships

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Must be willing to travel when required

Proficient in MS Office Applications, with focus on Excel and PowerPoint

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Bilingual in French is not required, but would be an asset to the role

Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
