What You’ll Do:

We are seeking a motivated student to assist in documenting current operational processes and identifying opportunities to leverage Microsoft Copilot agents to improve efficiency across teams. This role is ideal for someone curious about AI-driven productivity tools, process optimization, and digital transformation.

  • Map and document existing workflows and operational processes in detail.
  • Analyze inefficiencies and propose improvements using automation and AI tools.
  • Identify tasks suitable for Copilot integration and draft recommendations for agent use cases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather process insights and validate documentation.
  • Support the development of training materials and adoption strategies for Copilot.
  • Gain hands-on experience in process improvement and AI enablement.
  • Gain exposure to Microsoft Copilot and enterprise productivity strategy

What You Bring:

    • Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Business, Technology, or a related discipline.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools; interest in AI and automation is a plus.
    • Experience with Microsoft Copilot an asset.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
